Kicking off her sold-out “Where’s My Mind” tour, 16-year-old Billie Eilish entertained an elated audience of youngsters at El Rey Theatre on Wednesday night. Together on stage with her brother/collaborator Finneas O’Connell, Eilish performed all the songs she’s put out over the last two or so years, including her debut EP, “Don’t Smile at Me,” which dropped last August on Dark Room Records/Interscope. Her brother sang lead on “New Girl,” and at the request of a fan, she dedicated “My Boy” to someone named Spencer, proclaiming “Spencer, fuck you!” Another fresh face, L.A.-based rapper Reo Cragun opened the show with songs from his debut mixtape, “Growing Pains.”
