With the release of his new Twin Shadow album fast approaching, George Lewis Jr reveals another song from “Caer,” out April 27 on Warner Bros./Reprise. Lewis says “Caer” is a sister record to 2010’s “Forget,” because he’s hidden secrets and pathways in the songs that will be revealed to those who spend some time inside its melodic walls. “When You’re Wrong” seems to be about two people on parallel paths, both wrapped up in their own destructive decisions. The palate of beats has a throwback feel reminiscent of new jack swing-infected hits of the early 1990s.
