Has it really been 10 years since the Raconteurs released music? Time flies.

The quartet of Jack White, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence and Patrick Keeler today announced that a new album is on the way in 2019. With the news came two new singles — “Now That You’re Gone,” with Benson on lead vocals, and “Sunday Driver,” with White up front. The songs, out now digitally, will be released on 7-inch vinyl as part of Third Man Records’ Vault Page #38, which marks the 10th anniversary of the quartet’s second album “Consolers of the Lonely.”

The songs are dirty and delicious rockers, each in their own way. In a recent interview with Mojo magazine, White said the Raconteurs had “a vast amount of genre-pushing songs that bridge the gap between Detroit and Nashville rock and roll. The album sounds like a World War. It’s great to be co-writing songs with Brendan Benson again, the man is a song craftsman.”

With the songs come two videos. The A-side “Sunday Driver” get a dizzying psychedelic treatment from director Steven Sebring; Gia Genevieve crashes the “Now That You’re Gone” video, directed by Dikayl Rimmasch.
