No peace and quiet for long-running rockers Buffalo Tom, who, just short of their 30th anniversary as a band, release their ninth album “Quiet and Peace.” They play two sets Saturday at the Teragram Ballroom (one a performance of 1992’s “Let Me Come Over.”)
