The lineup has been announced for 2022’s Outside Lands festival at Golden Gate Park, topped by Green Day, Post Malone and SZA. The three-day event goes off Aug. 5-7.
Outside Lands has announced Halloween weekend dates for its 2021 festival and a lineup topped by Lizzo, Tame Impala, the Strokes, Tyler the Creator, J Balvin and Vampire Weekend.
Sample a song from Grandaddy’s 20th anniversary companion to “The Sophtware Slump;” also, stream Inside Lands, Dawes, John Vanderslice, Zane Carney, Lauren Ruth Ward, Polartropica and more.
Inside Lands — this year’s online version of the Outside Lands festival — will featured fresh sets from Brittany Howard, LP, ZHU, Bob Moses, TOKiMONSTA, Sofi Tukker and Sharon Van Etten (among others), along with archival streams of past performances.
Inside Lands will feature performances from the likes of Gorillaz, LCD Soundsystem, J. Cole, Jack White, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Beach House, Haim, Major Lazer, Leon Bridges and Kehlani.
Highlights from the weekend’s Outside Lands in San Francisco included Radiohead LCD Soundsystem, Air, Duran Duran, Chance the Rapper, Lionel Richie, Ryan Adams and Vince Staples — plus, some puppets doing cover songs.
Outside Lands goes off Aug. 5-7 at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. And Lionel Richie.
