Fellow musicians, friends and fans remember Kim Shattuck for her artistry, charisma and moxie. Shattuck, singer-guitarist for The Muffs, died Wednesday of complications from ALS. “We will hear that rock ’n’ roll scream from heaven,” Billie Joe Armstrong said.
