Tonight’s show lineup is a bit holiday-weekend-light, but two of the September residencies kicks off. Leslie & the Badgers [featured here back in June] bring their big-hearted twang to the Echo, joined by Welldiggers Banquet and Old Californio. … Cinematic quartet Saint Motel [more on them later today] launches its Spaceland residency, with the Jakes, Fight From Above and Giant State also rocking the Silver Lake venue. … At the Viper Room, it’s newbies Kid Thedore joining Darlings of the Day. … And Austin’s Loxsly performs at the Mint.
