As if the the guys behind the DJ collective and Internet radio portal Dublab don’t have enough going on with their campaign to fight compatriot Kutmah’s deportation, their fund-raising drive started this week. Dublab, a registered charity, funds its activities much like public radio and TV outlets, through bi-annual “Proton Drives.” This time around, art-pop experimentalists Lucky Dragons are here to help. The duo of Luke Fischbeck and Sarah Rara have recorded the “Open Wide Proton Drive Theme Song,” which is just under 2 minutes of good vibrations as only Lucky Dragons can convey them. Open wide.
