Of shows big and small and in between:

Dirty Beaches, whose spooky, minimalist synth-pop has gotten a lot of love in the blog world, visits the Echo, with Bell Gardens and  Neverever supporting. That’s the video for Dirty Beaches’ “Lord Knows Best,” above.
‣ Prince resumes his run of shows at the Forum.
The Airborne Toxic Event continues its week of L.A. venue-hopping, tonight rocking the Music Box with Voxhaul Broadcast opening.
Gardens & Villa, the Richard Swift-produced quintet from Santa Barbara whom we introduced to you a few weeks ago, visits the Silverlake Lounge, with the New Division opening.
‣ Sweet local lineup at the Bootleg, with A House For Lions, the Ross Sea Party and Jules Larson (ex-Overnight Lows).
