[No Junction today, but plenty of functions:]

‣ Everest and Matt Vasquez of Delta Spirit are the main-stage attractions at the third annual Buskerfest, going off in the East Village Arts District of downtown Long Beach. Two Guns, Pawnshop Kings and Jay Buchanan are among the artists performing throughout the evening on three others stages. It kicks off at 5 p.m.
‣ This evening’s edition of the free Saturdays Off the 405 series at the Getty features Charles Bradley.
The Dodos, supported by the Luyas and the Lonely Wild, play the Autry Museum.
‣ Butthole Surfers and 400 Blows rock the Echoplex in a Sunset Junction makeup show.
‣ Art Brut, supported by Art Vs Science and the Hundred Days, does its Junction makeup show at the Satellite. It’s an early gig, followed by a late show featuring R. Stevie Moore and Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti.
‣ Helmet roars in the Viper Room for its Junction makeup show.
‣ Dntel, the One AM Radio and (Baths side project) Geotic bring their electro to the Echo.
‣ The Conjunxion Music Festival at the new What Cheer? Bar on Beverly features a passel of bands beginning at noon, including Vanaprasta, He’s My Brother She’s My Sister, the Black Apples, Monstro Flora, the Damselles and more.
Milo Greene’s record-release show goes off at the Hotel Cafe (11 p.m.), and Golden State plays at 10.
‣ And a free day party co-hosted by Dangerbird Records, 98.7 FM and Buzz Bands LA features (starting at noon, in order): Holly Conlan, Francisco the Man, Chasing Kings, the Fling, Vanaprasta, Useless Keys, Milo Greene and Butch Walker & the Widows.
