Tonight’s LA Buzz Bands Show on KCSN (88.5 FM, or streaming at KCSN.org) features Part 2 of the three-week countdown of my “Fave 40” local songs of the year. The first week was heavy on tracks from stellar debut albums by SoCal artists – Foster the People, the Belle Brigade, Active Child and Hanni El Khatib among them. That trend will continue this week, along with songs from maiden EPs that foreshadow some highly anticipated 2012 releases. Tune in at midnight tonight for the hour-long show.
