Buzz Bands LA’s monthly songwriter night at Lot 1 Cafe in Echo Park features Sara Radle – her new album “Same Sun Shines” came out two weeks ago – along with Andrew Carroll & Jessi Williams of the Lonely Wild, Zenda Marie, Amy Rieckelman and Chris McRitichie.
‣ Scottish rockers the Twilight Sad headline the Echo behind their new album “No One Can Ever Know” (out last month). Micah P. Hinson and Pageants support. That’s the Twilight Sad’s video for”Another Bed,” above.
‣ Singer-songwriter Tyler Lyle opens for I Hate you Just Kidding at the Silverlake Lounge.
Y LUV kicks off a residency at the the Central SAPC, with Capital Cities and Polaris at Noon supporting on opening night.
‣ And Auditorium heads up a good local bill at the Bootleg Bar that includes Dylan Trees and Fort King.
