Thursday’s wonderful things:
‣ Sweden-born singer-songwriter Theresa Andersson’s new album is titled “Street Parade,” homage to her adopted home of New Orleans. Live, she’s a one-woman storm of instruments, loops and pristine vocals, and tonight she headlines the Troubadour. Here’s the title track, “Street Parade”:

‣ Meg Myers, earning notice for “Daughter in the Choir” EP (and her hilarious pillorying of hipsters), makes her live debut (of this incarnation of her music) at the Bootleg Bar, supported by Diamonds Under Fire and Digital Daggers.
‣ And Chicago’s Maps & Atlases continue their swing through southern California behind their new album “Beware & Be Grateful.” They visit the Constellation Room in Santa Ana, with Hands supporting.
