Fort King to join Doom & Gloom and College Kids at Buzz Bands LA’s SecondTuesday at Lot 1 Cafe

Fort King, the new quartet fronted by Ryan Fuller, brings its heartfelt indie Americana to Lot 1 Cafe in Echo Park for the next edition of Buzz Bands LA’s SecondTuesday songwriter night. Fort King will be joined by Doom & Gloom, the new venture of Nate and Liska Cole (ex-Castledoor), who have moved back to California since we wrote about them in June 2011, and College Kids, the indie-pop project from Malcolm Sosa and Kim Haden of Rademacher.

The Aug. 14 show kicks off at 9 p.m. A $5 donation (which goes to the artists) is requested. Lot 1 Cafe serves food, beer and wine.
