‣ No idea whether it will include a cameo by Max Payne (can anybody whip up a hologram?), but L.A. noisemeisters and video game music composers HEALTH play a pre-FYF Fest show at the Echo, supported by Tearist.
‣ The Record Company [that’s Chris Vos, pictured at Echo Park Rising] head up a Moheak Radio indie night at Los Globos, sharing a bill with Echoes de Luxe, Noel & the Carlones and Bullet & Snowfox.
‣ Ferraby Lionheart brings his band to the Hotel Cafe on a night that also includes performances by Tall Tales & the Silver Living, Adam Arcuragi, Fire Chief Charlie and Flying Sparks.
‣ And Chicano Batman bring the Latin, psych-rock and soul influences from their new album “Joven Navegante” to the Bootleg Bar for a headlining show.
