Labor Day fun:

Kitten kicks off its free residency at the Bootleg Bar, at it figures to be a good one – not only did Choloe Chaidez and crew just release a new EP, the New Wave/post-punk-inspired  “Cut It Out,” but Sky Ferreira (with new music in hand herself) opens the show. AB & the Sea and Spaceships also support, and Buzz Bands LA presents the evening, a great way to cap your holiday weekend.
The Lonely Wild kicks off its residency at the Satellite with a supporting cast that includes Tenlons Fort and Dylan Trees.
King Khan & the Shrines, Crystal Antlers, Tijuana Panthers and Pangea play an FYF fan appreciation show at the Echoplex – it’s free with your FYF ticket stub.
