Here’s what’s ahead on Saturday:

‣ This year’s first edition Chinatown Summer Nights celebrates Chinatown’s 75th anniversary, with Nightmare & the Cat headlining the LA Weekly Local Music Stage (at 11 p.m.). The event kicks off at 5 p.m., and a statue of Bruce Lee will be dedicated at 7:45. The live music lineup features Cobalt Cranes (6 p.m.), Sister Rogers (7), Jutty Ranx (8), Rainbow Jackson (9) and the Furys (10), with KCRW DJs Anthony Valadez & KG Superstar and Liza Richardson spinning in the Central Plaza. All the activities here.
Jimmy Webb, who wrote the song “MacArthur Park,” plays Levitt Pavilion in MacArthur Park. Not sure it gets more perfect.
‣ Electro whiz kid Robert DeLong does an installment of Saturdays Off the 405 at the Getty Center (6 p.m.).
Barry Manilow does the second of three nights at the Greek Theatre.
CSS headlines the Fonda Theatre behind its new album “Planta,” with MS MR and IO Echo supporting.
‣ New Zealand’s pop veteran the Bats swing through L.A., making a stop at the Satellite. Rough Church opens.
