Another case of you-never-knew-how-much-you-missed-them-until-they-come-back? It seems that way with Girls Against Boys, who last released music more than a decade ago and whose last visit to L.A. was seven years ago. The two-bassist, D.C.-bred quartet of Eli Janney, Scott McCloud, Johnny Temple and Alexis Fleisig announced last week that a new EP, “The Ghost List,” would be out Sept. 24. Sounds like 1995 to us, and in this case that’s a good thing. Now, an L.A. tour date would be nice.
