The Pixies, who earlier this week surprised everyone by releasing a new EP, have another in store – a show tonight at the Echo. Tickets are $10 and available here. (The password is BAGBOY.) The band, now with the Muffs’ Kim Shattuck replacing Kim Deal on bass, has four sold-out L.A. shows coming up, Sept. 9-11 at the El Rey Theatre and Sept. 12 at the Mayan.
