‣ Macklemore and Ryan Lewis headline the Staples Center in support of their ever-popular album “The Heist.” That’s the video for their latest single “White Walls” above. Supporting acts include Talib Kweli, Big K.R.I.T. tonight.
‣ Things get intimate with Kaki King inside the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. She’ll continue to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her first album release. Jerome Holloway supports.
‣ Run River North, whose debut album is slated for a Feb. 25 release via Nettwerk, returns to the Hotel Cafe where they’ll be joined by Tommy & the High Pilots, Baywood, Jared & the Mill, Stamps and Kyle Reynolds.
‣ Butch Walker plays a sold-out show at the Grammy Museum where they’ll be screening a clip from ‘Out Of Focus,’ a new feature following his career that won Best Documentary at the Nashville Film Festival.
‣ Mirror Days plays at Harvard & Stone. DJ Short Shorts with Sonny Bonasera in R&D also round out the bill.
‣ And the Long Winters from Seattle take on the Bootleg Theater. Sean Nelson opens.
