‣ Gary Numan visits the Mayan Theatre behind his latest album “Splinter (Songs From A Broken Mind),” with Big Black Delta and Roman Remains supporting.
‣ Their fourth album “Present Tense” just out on Domino, Wild Beasts plays a sold-out show at the Troubadour. Avid Dancer opens.
‣ Four Tet and Anthony Naples do the first of two sold-out nights at the Echoplex.
‣ Portland collective Typhoon headlines the El Rey Theatre behind its latest release, “White Lighter,” with Line & Circle and Kevin Morby opening.
‣ Savannah, Ga., goth-pop trio the Casket Girls head up the “Graveface Roadshow” – that’s the name of the label on which they just released the new album “True Love Kills the Fairy Tale – that visits the Echo tonight. Along for the ride: The Stargazer Lilies, Dott, and Dreamend.
‣ And at the Bootleg Bar, it’s Calvin Love, along with Tops, Krill and Ava Luna.
