Darren Weiss and Daniel Presant – aka PAPA – are going back out on the road in support of their fantastic debut “Tender Madness;” this isn’t a surprise. Weiss, Presant and company have been hard at work, steadily trickling out singles and music videos over the year to make up for the wait after the infectious “I Am the Lion King.” Now full-fledged tour pros and a full-length underneath their belts, the band still has more music to share. Although only a b-side offering (and slightly slower in tempo than most of their songs), the new single “I’m Not Sorry” has those signature PAPA features such as Weiss’ rich baritone, plus some flirty guitar work. Perhaps this b-side means they’re ready to record a sophomore effort soon? “Tender Madness” is out now via Loma Vista.
