Brokechella, the budget-friendly festival featuring a mix of rock, electronic, hip-hop and comedy artists from the L.A. underground, goes off Saturday at 590 Santa Fe St. in downtown Los Angeles. The festival, in its fourth year, offers entertainment on four stages beginning at 3 p.m. Tickets are $10 but if you want to be a “BIP” (Broke Important Person), you can pony up $25.
