‣ Rodrigo Amarante [see “Hourglass”] plays the Bootleg HiFi behind his recent release “Cavalo,” with Jenny O opening.
‣ Chad VanGaalen visits the Echo behind his latest album “Chrink Dust,” with Cousins and Paul Bergmann supporting.
‣ Great local lineup at the Satellite – it’s headed up by brother trio the Ceremonies and features two artists with new albums completed but not yet released, Dustin Lovelis [see “Off the Rails”] and Two Sheds.
‣ Sage Francis holds forth at the Troubadour, supported by B. Dolan and Sleep.
‣ And LIFE celebrates the release of its “R.U.D.W.N.” EP at the Roxy Theatre, supported by Western Scene.
