If you’ve digested all today’s news from France and all that chili you had while watching football playoffs, and if that television awards show is giving you an upset stomach, you might find a little nutrition on the radio tonight. Join me at 9 p.m. on KCSN (88.5 FM, streaming at KCSN.org) for this week’s L.A. Buzz Bands Show — I have a completely fresh playlist featuring new songs from the Cold & Lovely, Imaginary Persons, Broken Arrow, Little Brutes, My Double, My Brother, Hanni El Khatib and Lieutenant.  And tonight’s “Flashback Track” will serve as something of a get-well card for Joe Nolte, frontman of one of the original Los Angeles pop-punk bands, the Last. Nolte is at home recovering from a stroke he sustained in October, so I’ll dial up a track from the Last’s brilliant album “L.A. Explosion!,” which recently celebrated its 35th anniversary. Best wishes, Mr. Nolte, for a speedy recovery.
