As reported just about everywhere, the Rolling Stones will indeed be playing a surprise show tonight at the Fonda Theatre. Tickets go on sale at noon today at RollingStones.com. There’s a two-ticket limit, and no phones or cameras will be permitted at the show.

The band will be playing their 1971 album “Sticky Fingers” — not coincidentally, being re-released by Universal Music. That’s the album that features songs such as “Brown Sugar,” “Wild Horses,” “Bitch” and “Dead Flowers.”
