Peaches was in typically outrageous form Friday night at the Regent Theater, where amid inflatable things, dancing body parts, costume changes and other colorful theatrics, she celebrated September’s release of her first album in six years, “Rub.” During a show she dedicated “to Paris and Eagles of Death Metal,” Peaches’ crowd-surfing went well, her crowd-walking was a little more dicey, and she was joined for a song by drag queen/rapper Christeene, who performed the support set. Seemingly out of place on the bill were the teenage garage-rock duo Regrettes (formerly known as Pretty Little Demons), who played the opening set.
