► Dillon Francis does the first of three nights — a weekend going by the truly imaginative title “3 Days of Not Giving a F*ck or Sh*t” — at the Shrine Expo Hall.
► Kinky headlines the Fonda Theatre, joined by Enjambre, MLKMN and El Dusty.
► Thee Oh Sees do the second of two benefit concerts for LA Kitchen and the Teragram Ballrom, making noise with Fuzz and Wand.
► Mereki celebrates the release of her new EP at A Very Merry Xmas R.E.A.D. Benefit Show (benefiting R.E.A.D.) at the Satellite, where she’s joined by Miya Folick and Madi Diaz (acoustic). Plus, there are DJ sets by Holychild, LIZ, Taken By Trees and Liphemra.
► Dave Stewart & Friends play the Troubadour, with Mahaut Mondino opening.
► And Gateway Drugs rock Harvard & Stone, joined by Wallburds and Blue Eyed Lady.
