Whittier quartet Plague Vendor stormed the Troubadour on Wednesday night in anticipation of the March 25 release of their sophomore album “Bloodsweat.” With the Carson Daly crew on hand to film the show, there were plenty of cameras in the house, and there was plenty of energy too as the quartet, led by vocalist Brandon Blaine, continued to cement itself as one of the most viciously good post-punk bands around. Brother duo the Bots supported, and the night kicked off with a set from brother-sister duo White Mystery.

||| Live: Plague Vendor plays again Saturday at the OC Fair & Events Center as part of Musink. They also do an in-store at Amoeba on March 24.
