Scottish rockers Frightened Rabbit brought their typical intensity to Tuesday’s show at the Fonda Theatre as they wound down their U.S. tour in support of their new album “Painting a Panic Attack,” their fifth. They sprinkled a half-dozen songs from the new album, including singles “Get Out” and “Woke Up Hurting,” throughout their 21-song outing. Longtime fans were treated to “Fast Blood,” “The Modern Leper,” “Old Old Fashioned,” “Heads Roll Off” and “Keep Yourself Warm” from 2008, and the encore ended with the vein-popping “The Loneliness and the Scream” from 2010.

Caveman, whose new album “Otero War” arrives next month, opened the show.
