Sunday’s Los Angeles concerts:

► The third annual KXLU Fest brings Ariel Pink, Sun Araw, Peaking Lights, Acid Test, Boyo and Girl Pusher to Loyoloa Marymount’s Lawton Plaza. It starts at 11 a.m.
Conor Oberst, whose new solo album “Ruminations” comes out Oct. 14, plays the Glass House, with Pearl Charles supporting.
► German pop singer Nena — yes, she of 1983’s “99 Luftballoons” — plays her first-ever Los Angeles show, visiting at the Regent Theater.
► It’s another night with Dolly Parton at the Hollywood Bowl.
► Massachusetts emo outfit the Hotelier rocks the Echo, supported by Crying,
► And Erika Wennerstrom (of Heartless Bastards) visits the Bootleg Theater.
