► With the release of his third album “Trial by Fire” imminent, Alabama rapper Yelawolf heads up a night at the Fonda Theatre that includes Bubba Sparxxx, Jelly Roll and Struggle Jennings.
► Capital Cities and Kaneholler team up for a night at the Observatory.
► AlunaGeorge plays the Belasco Theater as part of Red Bull’s 30 Days in LA series, joined by Xavier Omar and Villette.
► Sweden’s El Perro Del Mar headlines the Echo in support of her new album “KoKoro.” Get there early for Big Search.
► The Mystery Lights play the Bootleg Theater, joined by the Molochs and Kill a Punk for Rock and Roll.
► A couple of Tuesday night residencies continue in full force: the Golden Tongues at Harvard & Stone (with Gardners Logic and Fellow Bohemian); and Ramonda Hammer at the Hi Hat (with Nightgown and Slugs).
► And Maynard James Keenan does a seminar/book event at the Montalban Theater in conjunction with his new biography “A Perfect Union of Contrary Things.”
