► The Pixies return to the Theatre at Ace Hotel for a second night, with Public Access TV at the Theatre supporting.
► Rise Against, whose new album “Wolves” arrives on June9, warm up for a big summer of touring (including July 13 at the Shrine) with a show at the Troubadour, with Sharp Shock supporting.
► Brooklyn indie-poppers San Fermin headline the Roxy in support of their new album “Belong.” Low Roar supports.
► At the Novo, rapper DMX heads up a lineup that includes Too $hort, Ying Yang Twins and Suga Free.
► DEAF/MUTE headlines the Hi Hat, supported by Fay Wrays, Eli Chartkoff and Wolf Woodcock.
► Texas quintet the Unlikely Candidates play the Bootleg Theater in support of their new EP “Bed of Liars,” supported by Cemetery Sun, the Fame Riot and Varsity Week.
