Los Angeles concerts for Friday:
► Feist does the first of three nights at downtown’s Palace Theatre in support of her new album “Pleasure.”
► Old Crow Medicine Show plays Bob Dylan’s “Blonde on Blonde” at the Wiltern — last month they saluted the album’s anniversary by releasing their rendition, the live album “50 Years of Blonde on Blonde.”
► Buyepongo, Chico Mann and Captain Planet team up to play First Fridays at the Natural History Museum.
► It’s Blue October, along with Ryan Delahoussaye, at the Fonda Theatre.
► “The Story Tour: An Acoustic Evening With Brandi Carlile” visits the Orpheum Theatre; the singer-songwriter recently released the star-studded “Cover Stories,” renditions of songs from her 2007 album done by a host of luminaries, all in the name of charity.
► New York grunge-pop quartet Charly Bliss headlines the Echo in support of their album “Guppy,” with Upset and French Vanilla supporting.
► John Isaac Watters’ residency returns to the Hi Hat, with Laura Jean Anderson, Matt Rose and JACARANDA also playing.
► And L.A.-based Chilean singer-songwriter Maria Del Pilar performs at Resident.
