► L.A.’s DWNTWN celebrate the July 21 release of their new album “Racing Time” a week early — they perform at It’s a School Night at Bardot. Autumn in June and Hollis Brown also perform, and you should get there early to see Badalax (the L.A.-via-U.K. trio formerly known as BONES).
Winter [see “Jaded”] headlines the Hi Hat, joined by BOYO, Franky Flowers and Fragile Gang.
Dustin Lovelis [see “Tompkinsville”] kicks off his residency at the Bootleg Theater, supported by Two Sheds and Rufrano.
Bloody Death Skull continue their residency at the Echo, joined by Part Time, Wyatt Blair and the Fuzzy Crystals.
AOE continue their residency at the Satellite, supported by I, Us & We and Wake the Wild/
► And Logic is back for a second night at the Greek Theatre.
