► Originally scheduled for May, Lionel Richie brings his “All the Hits” tour to the Hollywood Bowl, joined by Mariah Carey.
► It’s Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows at the Forum
Angela McCluskey and Bedouine head up an all-female lineup at It’s a School Night at Bardot, where Georgi Kay and Emily Bell join in.
Wild Cub does a sold-out show at Resident in support of their new album “Closer,” with Soft Swells opening.
► And it’s the Monday for four free residencies: Dustin Lovelis at the Bootleg Theater (joined by Joel Jerome and Fortjams); Bloody Death Skull at the Echoplex (supported by Lucy & La Mer, Twin Temple and Edith Crash); Watch for Horses at the Silverlake Lounge (with Prison for Kids, Glass Spells and Beachwood Coyotes); and AOE at the Satellite (with Amber Navran and Fitness).
