Alan Palomo, aka, Neon Indian, energized the crowd Wednesday night at the sold-out Teragram Ballroom — all of whom seemed primed to dance to, and familiar with, songs from the latest album “Vega Intl. Night School.” Ten of Neon Indian’s 16-song set came from that 2015 album, starting with the single “Annie” and also including “Slumlord” and “The Glitzy Hive,” with the Texan flashing some nifty dance moves throughout.” Also included were covers of Queen (“Cool Cat”) and Prince (the show-ending “Pop Life”).
