► New York’s Brazilian Girls play the El Rey Theatre behind their first album in 10 years, “Let’s Make Love.” Loud Forest opens.
► Hot Snakes and Le Butcherettes team up for a night at the Troubadour.
► It’s Franz Ferdinand at the Observatory.
► U.K. quintet Editors play the Glass House in support of their new album “Violence,” their sixth, with Pllush opening.
► Little Boots celebrates the release of her new EP “Burn” with a show El Cid
► L.A. indie-pop kids Echosmith headline the Fonda Theatre, supported by the Score and Jena Rose.
► Austin duo Hovvdy hit the Hi Hat in support of their new album “Cranberry,” with Lomelda and Diners supporting.
► And Brooklyn-based Americana trio Animal Years visit the Bootleg Theater, joined by Joel Taylor.
