Jordan Feller and Marc Gilfry released their debut Neil Frances EP, “Took a While,” last month, six songs that deal with being an Earth human today. The second single lifted from the EP, “Ask Me Anything,” peers at the modern world with a little bit of clap-flavor savored from a 1980s drum palate. “We wrote this song very quickly,” says the duo, “much faster than usual and we wanted it to feel current in subject matter while being influenced by an ’80s production aesthetic.” The video was shot on Super 8 and directed by Kate Biel and Elliott Watson, collectively known as KEWB. It follows a schoolgirl around a sunny cemetery as she begins leaking hot pink slime and makes a friend who looks a lot like herself.
