L.A. concerts for Thursday:

Sebadoh headline the Roxy in support of their new album “Act Surprised,” their first in six years, with Flower opening. [See “Celebrate the Void.”]
Plague Vendor’s scorching new album “By Night” comes out Friday [see “Let Me Get High/Low”], and tonight the L.A. quartet celebrates with a show at House of Machines.
► With their new EP “Wya” freshly released, Inner Wave headlines the Observatory, with Claud opening.
► The inaugural Go West Fest, which benefits GLAAD and other local organizations, brings Troye Sivan, Charli XCX and more to the Wiltern.
► North Carolinans American Aquarium, touring in support of last year’s album “Things Change,” headline the Echoplex. Charlie Overbey & the Broken Arrows kick off the night.
Spiral Stairs (that’s Scott Kannberg from Pavement, who released his new album “We Wanna Be Hyp-No-Tized” in March) visits the Bootleg Theater, with Human Barbie and Near Beer supporting.
Broken Social Scene does the second of three nights at the Fonda Theatre, with Hand Habits opening.
► And Connan Mockasin closes out his three-night stand at the Lodge Room, with Molly Lewis supporting.
