L.A. concerts for Monday:

► Tenor sax legend Trevor Lawrence headlines Zebulon with pianist Masumi Yamamoto and Lawrence’s quartet of all-stars, bassist Henry Franklin and drummers Gene Coye and Roy McCurdy.
► Aussie indie rockers the Chats play their first U.S. headlining show at the Regent Theater tonight, with Tommy and the Commies and Tenement Rats opening. It’s sold-out.
► It’s a School Night at Bardot features all L.A.-based bands tonight, with synth-rock duo WYO [see their video for “Moonlight”] celebrating the release of their sophomore album, “Changes.” Electro-pop duo Bahari also celebrate the release of their single “:(“, Dirty Honey and New Dialogue will rock out to open. 
► And Monday residencies kick off:
– Ian Sweet (the project of Jilian Medford, see “Holographic Jesus”) kicks off her July residency at the Echo, with Lunch Lady, Whitmer Thomas and Mo Dotti opening.
– Polartropica [see “Wild Lyfe”], WASI [celebrating their debut album, “Riot Pop”] and Lucy & La Mer wrap up their “Love is Gay” national tour at the Bootleg Theater, also kicking off Polartropica’s residency at the venue this month.
– And L.A. feminist art punks Object as Subject kick off both their July residency and West Coast tour tonight at the Satellite, with ROMY opening.
