It will be hard to choose just one, which is why there is an option to buy a “five or more” package or just outright subscribe for the whole 99th Summer Series at the Hollywood Bowl.

With fireworks, Brandi Carlile officially opens this year’s season which includes offerings from the classic “Carmina Burana” (conducted by LA Phil Music & Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel) to Kamasi Washington, “A Princess Bride” to the B-52’s, Brittany Howard (with Thundercat and George Ann Muldrow) to Beethoven’s 250th Birthday; “Amadeus” to “Bugs Bunny at the Symphony” (the beloved bunny’s 80th birthday), the Isley Brothers (feat. Ronald and Erney Isley) to “Celebrating the Suffragettes,” Andrew Bird to Yo Yo Ma, a centennial tribute to Charlie Parker to the 100th birthday of Peggy Lee, L.A. Phil’s Creative Chair for Jazz Herbie Hancock to Andrew Lloyd Weber‘s new score for “School of Rock,” Calexico to Leonard Bernstein‘s “Wonderful Town,” Little Big Town to Janelle Monáe. And more.

The legendary John Williams will return throughout the season for not only his annual three-night “Maestro of the Movies” program but also special performances with Anne-Sophie Mutter for their album of film music, “Across the Stars,” and his new “Trumpet Concerto,” conducted by Domingo Hindoyan (making his Bowl debut).

Subscription tickets are now available at HollywoodBowl.com or via phone at (323) 850-2000.
“Five or More” packages will be available March 17, and single-ticket sales start on May 3 (some shows are already available).
