In the department of hopefully overcautious, BeachLife Festival has announced the postponement of their second annual event planned for May 1-3 this year. Slated to include over 45 music acts, organizers stated that they are working with the City of Redondo Beach and will soon announce the new festival dates.

Last year’s event, with two stages and over 10,000 attendees on the sandy beach, was a resounding success. This year’s event will see the expansion of culinary experiences available to all attendees, including a wine village, craft beer bar, a sit-down restaurant and a large selection of food vendors.

The festival also sponsors BeachLife Backyard Games, local charity events throughout the year to continue building a sense of community, including an upcoming free Battle of the Bands with Triple Bueno, Irie Nation & The B Foundation scheduled for Thursday, March 19.

More information will be announced soon.

New postponements/cancellations through May 1 were also just announced by School Night at Bardot.
