ONLINE FINDS

Radiohead will stream some of their past live shows on a weekly basis, beginning at 2 p.m. today. Kicking the series off is a “Kid A”-era performance from Dublin.

The Strokes have kicked off what they call a “pirate radio series.” It’s titled “Five Guys Talking About Things They Know Nothing About,” which sees he band getting together on Zoom and blabbing up a storm. Their new album “The New Abnormal” comes out Friday, and their latest single “Brooklyn Bridge to Chorus” is a thoroughly likeable thing.

The 1933 Group, owner of 11 establishments including Highland Park Bowl, both Bigfoot Lodges, the Sassafras Saloon and the Thirsty Crow, is taking a novel approach to fundraising: They’re selling “bonds.” Essentially gift certificates, the bonds are worth $100 in future purchases, and they’re being sold at a discount for $80. DoLA— the popular website and email newsletter that’s a virtual city guide to all things music, arts and culture — is soliciting donations for its staff. Like many outlets who depend on marketing dollars (including this site), DoLA’s revenue has plummeted to zero because of the lockdown. Their plea is simple: help us stay in business.
