■ Club promoters Dance Yourself Clean lament the closure of the Satellite, their home base for their weekly parties and one of the venues felled by the pandemic. Their statement: “2020 has been an absolute shit show for everyone, but one thing that really hurt was seeing our L.A. home, The Satellite, close its doors forever. We know that many of you relied on DYC and the Satellite to provide a fun, carefree party environment every week and have reached out to let us know that you mourn the loss with us. As a thank you and farewell to The Satellite and its amazing staff, we put together this video to remember all the amazing times we had.”
