Has it really been that long since we tessellated? Guess so.

British indie-rockers Alt-J whizzed through Los Angeles this week in celebration of the 10th anniversary of their debut album, “An Awesome Wave.”

The tour is sort of a “second-stage” celebration, as the band dissects the album on the five-part podcast series, “Things Will Get Better,” with journalist and radio host Jenny Eliscu. Those segments feature discussions on the origins of the band, early demos, the making of the album and other interviews.

Monday at the Wiltern — the first of a three-show run that ends tonight — saw the band perform “An Awesome Wave” front to back, before diving into a second set of six songs plucked from their ensuing albums, 2014’s “This Is All Yours,” 2017’s “Relaxer” and last year’s “The Dream.” They finished strong with a two-song encore, “Hard Drive Gold” and “Left Hand Free.”

Setlist: Intro (An Awesome Wave), Interlude 1, Tessellate, Breezeblocks, Interlude 2, Something Good, Dissolve Me, Matilda, Ms, Fitzpleasure, Interlude 3, Bloodflood, Taro, Hand-Made. Set 2: Chicago, Deadcrush, U&ME, The Gospel of John Hurt, Every Other Freckle, In Cold Blood. Encore: Hard Drive Gold, Left Hand Free
