L.A. trio Gabriels are back with a new single that sounds plumbed from pre-rock ’n’ roll history yet poured into the present. “Glory” is the latest from their album “Angels & Queens,” which will be released in full on July 7. (The seven-song EP “Angels & Queens – Part I” was released last fall.)

Angel-voiced singer Jacob Lusk fairly soars on this one, which the band says “is inspired by the power of human spirit, taking inspiration from some of our favorite artists, our moms, even people of the night. We all have had life corner us, and had to make much out of little. We have all got some magic in our hands, and have the power to make a little a lot.”

The album also incorporates a new recording of the band’s debut single, “Love and Hate In A Different Time.”

In the meantime, stay glorious, my friends.
