The Regrettes’ concert on Dec. 21 at the Fonda Theatre will be their farewell show.

The garage-rock band, formed by then-teenaged Lydia Night and members of Genessa in 2015, announced on social media today that they are “parting ways to focus on other projects” after a run that included three full-lengths, 2017’s “Feel Your Feelings Fool!,” 2019’s “How Do You Love?” and last year’s “Further Joy.” Presciently, the Regrettes’ lone release since that third album was a cover of Robin’s “Dancing on My Own.”

Their statement:

“If you’re reading this or you’ve been to a show or bought a record, you’ve given us all some of the best years of our lives. After all these amazing years together, we are parting ways to focus on other projects. There is absolutely nothing but love in our hearts for each other and you all, and we’re eternally grateful.

We will have one final show and would love to have you there to dance and celebrate the end of an incredible run.”

Tickets for the Dec. 21 show are on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
