Together Pangea, the best thing to come out of Santa Clarita since the 5, spent the pandemic working on new music and dance moves.
Let’s focus on the new music, OK?
“DYE” — their fifth album and the follow-up to 2017’s “Bulls and Roosters” — will be available to stream and purchase on Oct. 22.
The trio (William Keegan, Danny Bengston and Erik Jimenez) on Friday unveiled the relentlessly catchy rocker, “Nothing to Hide.” It’s the album closer — and it turns out that the single they released on 4/20, “Marijuana,” opens the record, so you can look forward to getting a whiff of the 10 tracks in between.
The band has also announced a November live date. And no doubt they’re looking a year into the future to their June 2022 oversea tour supporting Jimmy Eat World.
