Industrial rock heavyweights HEALTH will release “Rat Wars,” their fifth album, in December. A spring tour includes a date at the Belasco.
Substance, the festival that debuted in 2019 as a two-day affair, returns for a second year and expands to three nights in November. Nitzer Ebb, Chelsea Wolfe and HEALTH headline the event at the Belasco Theatre.
